Last night I went out with some friends. We ate at an Outback Steakhouse, then went out for some karaoke. I'm proud of myself for the fact that I rejected a cigarette. I'm not a smoker, but when I'm out drinking, I usually light up. But not this time!
My self control was strong!!! *sticks chest out*
On a more serious note, my dad has signs of CHF (Congested heart failure), not good!

Sorry to hear about your dad. Is he going to be ok? I had no idea anything was going on. You've seemed so happy at work lately. If you need anyone to talk to...you know I'm always here.
