My alarm clock went off this morning in one of several attempts to wake me up. I have my radio set to 1077 the end, and I caught something that woke me right up. Jennifer White was doing a little update on some new and upcoming music stuff, and she was talking about the new Brendan Benson album, that I already have I might add, not found in stores yet
(go me!). So of course now that the "End" is plugging him, his music is probably going to be taking off this summer. I'm excited but at the same time bummed to have one of my best kept secrets for the past two-three years exposed. Oh well, it happened with the white stripes and the strokes, and many others I'm sure. If you get a chance check out Lapalco, and One Mississippi, and get your pallet ready for Alternative for love.
