What a shitty weekend. Saturday night I went out with some friends, one of which had his birthday today, so it was a double birthday celebration thing. We went out for dinner at the Outback Steakhouse. I ate way too fucking much!!!!!
The next morning I wasn't feeling to well, went to work, and decided I couldn't make it through the day. Sure enough, after being home for an hour or so........

I think I lost ten pounds, and had the abb workout of a life time! Thank God for Gatorade and the movie Airplane. A big thanks to scorpio for giving me that movie for my birthday.
Here it is, monday, I have class in a couple hours. Not sure If I'll make it. I know I should try, but I still feel weak and shaky.
