You know how sometimes thinking about things is almost as enjoyable as actually doing them? I do that a lot. It makes it that much more terrifying when I might actually go through with some life-changing decision, because I do it so little. Thinking about it really counts for shit. But it's enjoyable shit and it doesn't put my personal comfort and security at stake.

I naturally think about things, and yeah I get a kick out of it. Goes along with my nature as a Jungian "Mastermind". Thinking means planning for contingencies. Planning is good.

Well to be honest there was a mild regimen involved - less food and more exercise - and I did freak out just a teeny little bit. I'm just happy it wasn't my old hate myself and put my finger down the throat regimen.
