Anyway, my dad and I attempted to reconcile today. We went down to German Fest and drank beer. Then we went wine tasting. I really enjoy wine tasting, and I want to make it more of my hobby. I heard from my sister today. Fortunately, her crime has been reduced to a misdemeanor. She has to attend kind of class... I don't really know the details. Unfortunately, she's gotten herself into other trouble now, but I don't want to bring you kids down with that information.
However, I do want to tell you kids about my grandmother whom I've never met, but I'm tired and I should really just go to bed. Oh, what the fuck.... I have this grandmother whom I have never met. My parents always told me she had died. Then when I was thirteen years old, one of my aunts told me that she was still alive. My parents never wanted me to meet her because allegedly she is bipolar. I found out recently that she lives on the east side of Milwaukee. Oddly enough, I used to hang out down there every once in a while. That's the artsy, gothy part of town.
In a way, I would like to meet her. She sounds like she had an interesting life. I get my Bohemian blood from her. Our ancestors were gypsies. I once saw a photograph of her from when she was young. She was very beautiful. She looked like a cross between Dia and Mary. For a while she was in the circus. She performed two acts: tight-rope walking and hair swinging. I've heard from different sources that she's fucking nuts though. Many times she doesn't like it when people look at her directly; so, she makes them view her through mirrors. I guess, a few years ago she was on a ferry boat with one of my aunts. There was a fee to use the restroom, but she didn't want to pay it, so instead, she just pissed all over the place. Also, I've heard that she hates everyone she's related to--including me.
So, what do you think kids? Should I try to find her or what?

I think you should track the Grandmother down. Look at it this way, if she's some crazy lady that makes you view her through mirrors and pisses herself, it WILL be interesting. It's not like you have an attachment to her. You never even knew she existed. Maybe she'll be really cool in that Frank Zappa weird kinda way or maybe she'll be fucking nuts. Who knows.
