Sorry about yesterday's post... I wasn't feeling very compassionate, and just to clear things up I am NOT racist and I am NOT a Republican. Honestly though, I do hate it when I feel like people are abusing the system. It ruins everything for those who really need it. One finally thought on this subject... if you're using your welfare money to buy party snacks, get the fuck off welfare!
Anyway, I'm thinking about doing something real today. I hate this internet thing, and the fact that I'm addicted to it. There's a thing called Maxwell St Days going on downtown today. Maybe I'll go to that. Maybe I'll finally pick up a copy of Sonic Youth's "Murray Street." Maybe I'll find "Zen and the Art of Archery" (recommended by Marla). Maybe I'll try to karmically make up for yesterday's post by being nice to a homeless person.
In a completely unrelated matter, I'm afraid my new dog (Fu Dog) might be diabetic. He has to piss about five times a day. Well, he's only eight months old; so, hopefully he will grow out of it.
