Ok, update time...
Since I'm still riffing on my car, I'll pick it up from there. It still runs, still won't go further than 10 miles, no news there. I tried to get a loan to get a new car (subaru outback) and that was a no go. I have 0 to no credit (except a electric bill from Portland in 2000) and they 'don't want to take that chance giving out that much money'. So fuckadoo.. I need credit then, cause I really don't want someone to co-sign for that much money.
So I go to the bank, and say "HEY, I need credit, how much money will you give me?" and they said "How much you want?". So I go to apple.com and check out a brand new iMac and I go back and say "$3,500 please". They say "Pay off Portland Electric and sure, you got it". And I say "No way, really?" and they say yes and I go and do that.
But it take tiiiiiiime... I have to prove to the bank that i paid them, but first I have to prove to them that the check cleared.. so I'm anxioiusly waiting for the check to clear so I can order my new computer and ....
Well, not sure. I don't really need a better computer for the work that I do. I am tempted to start playing World of Warcraft.. not sure how much of my life will be dumped into that... I guess its for fun.. and credit, naturally.
