Also, I decided yesterday that I'm not going to see my doctor again. I was thinking about it and remembered how much better I felt when I finally didnt have to rely on pills to feel consistantly good. I only needed them to stablise me. I just decided one day that I was going to be in a good mood and did it. Done. I just think it is all the stress of looking for work and somewhere to live that was getting on top of me...
