Starting Monday with the renewal of my ability to legally drive, I'm starting a diet and exercise plan. Now is good a time as any to change my lifestyle. Mr. Kentucky, a.k.a bodybuilder Devin came into the sushi bar today and gave some pointers and advice. Good lookin' out man.
