On September 21st 2021 I was removed from my house under false claims made by my wife which were quickly thrown out of court, which was 7 days before my 40th birthday. Luckily for me, my grandmother had a room for me to stay in. She then filed for divorce 10/13/21 after 21 years together 20 of which we were married. Things since then have been up and down emotionally, I have been denied visits with my dog and she is still in my house even though she has lied as often as possible. Our divorce was finalized 12/8/21 because she told the courts that we had been separated since 2/16/21 which was news to me since we had 5 family birthday functions we attended as a family. For that timeframe faking we were still a family and or a couple she should get an academy award. Things really took a turn south if I look back at the events leading up to her kicking me out of the house, I was in a bad car accident in 2018 followed by surgery in 2019. The insurance company wanted to settle both the ex and my lawyer convinced me to take a 104,000 settlement which she deposited in our account until is cleared and she moved it to her personal account. Which started a whole lot of issues in the house. I spent my first Thanksgiving alone then my first Christmas and New Years as a single man in 21 years quite a shock. The worse thing she has done to me by far happened this month when she reported fraudulent activity in which she said that I attempted to open a credit card in her name. Which then lead up to an investigation followed by well you guessed it not guilty. I cannot wait for this to be over so I can move on with my life. I didn't want this she did now she is dragging her feet to get it done.
