Officially it has been a week since my bicep tendon repair. I'm doing way better then I could have ever expected. I haven't had to take my pain drugs during the day since the third day. I go back to the doctor on Thursday I am praying for good news the original time table was 4 to 6 months but when I came out of surgery he said it wasn't that bad.

4 days after surgery and I showered unassisted although when someone lends me a hand it's "FUN" and I put my shirt on all by myself very difficult.

The tendon it was so shredded I've been dealing with it for 3 year before I went under the knife.
