this year I got Whiskey of the World for my advent. Everyday is a new type of whiskey from a different location or style.
24 days of different whiskey to try and enjoy.
They have them for rum, vodka, scotch, gin and a couple others. Even adults can have fun counting down the days till Christmas and this is how I get to enjoy it.

I like to cook and try new things I haven’t done before or didn’t successfully make before. Tonight I made my own Alfredo sauce. First time I made it it was ok but a little grainy. Used pre shredded cheese. This time I grated Gruyere and Parmesan to add to my butter and heavy cream. Used fresh garlic and some Italian seasoning in it also.

Had to make two 36 inch round tables out of quartz without a water jet or a cnc machine lots of grinding and cutting. At least I enjoy what I do.

What do you do at work?
Well my cooking for the week is done. Whole chicken seasoned with sea salt, cumin, garlic, fresh rosemary thyme and sage inside. Round roast seasoned with fajita seasoning and spicy salt mix with garlic cloves inside. Kielbasa. All smoked with hickory and cherry wood. Sides mac’n’cheese, acorn squash with honey, apple pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. What do y’all do on Sunday?
