This one has a slight sweet smell to it. There is a sweet smooth flavor with a small burn at the end. Has a clean finish and mellows out. Nice way to finish this advent calendar and to wind down on Christmas Eve. Hopefully everyone gets to enjoy their Christmas and to all a good night. Cheers.
Well where to begin. I know this one well and we have had both good and bad times, mostly because I underestimated what I was drinking. It’s smoother than old No.7 and not as sharp. It’s easy for me to drink and enjoy. There is a small I burn at the end but very mild.
This one has a little bite to it. Slight tingle on the lips followed by a smooth finish. With a little burn at the end that’s not overwhelming. It is good.
This one has a spicy aroma. It starts out mellow then the spice hits you. Had enough that it cleared my sinuses and has a burn that lingers for a little bit. Not gonna lie I kinda like it.
Alright not gonna lie something about a bourbon from California seems wrong to me. First thing I noticed is a similar aroma to brown sugar. It has a spiciness to it with a little burn that fills your mouth. Slight sweetness on the tongue and a lingering tingling after swallowing. Not bad actually.

Good stuff. Alright Knob Creek makes a good bourbon. This one is very aromatic. Very good flavor and enjoyable to drink. There is a slight burn at the end but it’s still smooth.
Gonna start off by saying this is delicious. Slight sweet aroma. Subtle sweet and mellow flavor followed y a smooth finish. This is definitely one I have to try to find around me. Nice sipping and relaxing type of whiskey.
