Well my cooking for the week is done. Whole chicken seasoned with sea salt, cumin, garlic, fresh rosemary thyme and sage inside. Round roast seasoned with fajita seasoning and spicy salt mix with garlic cloves inside. Kielbasa. All smoked with hickory and cherry wood. Sides mac’n’cheese, acorn squash with honey, apple pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. What do y’all do on Sunday?

I like to grill or smoke things on Sunday when I get the chance to. Today it was mojo chicken that I shredded and a chuck roast seasoned with garlic, cumin, smoked ghost pepper salt and sea salt.
