I have a belt buckle shaped like brass knuckles and airport security harassed me for almost a solid hour about it at O'Hare once. It was in my suitcase and attached to a belt and they still felt the need to open my suitcase and toss everything inside it around on the conveyor belt and then the head of security took my belt out of my suitcase and tried my belt buckle on his hand (keep in mind here, there's a belt attached to it so this guy looked all kinds of nuts) .. anyway, long story short, they never arrested me or confiscated it because it didn't fit the security head's hand properly for him to feel like he could use it to hurt someone.
Not that hurting someone with it was ever my intention in buying it, but it fits my hand perfectly.
