Extremely rough draft.

She was a good time in a little black dress. Her legs went from here to there, and boy did they go there. When she walked down the street, everyone knew she was walking down the street. She was a vision the resonated in the eye. The kind that haunts your mind and gives you an erection that you can hit elevator buttons with. I met her when she came to visit me in my office. She opened the front door and walked past my secretary. Her gate was so deliberate, focused, and direct. There was no way of stopping her. My secretary called out, "Hey, who are you!" My secretary was ignored as she walked straight in and sat in front of my desk. "I'm sorry sir, she just wooshed in on me." "It's ok, I will see what she wants", I said without raising my head or moving my eyes from what I was writing. My secretary went back to her desk and I looked up. Her black dress was matched with her dangerously high heels and ridiculously small purse. It was quite impractical. Her only accents of color were the excessive harshly red lipstick and the barrette in her hair that looked like it was stolen from a child. Her wavy hair was a clash of gold and bronze. The barrette was a decorative pothole. Her sparkling eyes were bright, open and fixed on me. The color was nebulous, indeterminate. Her face was locked in a smile as of she was perpetually amused by whatever she was about to say. Her skin was a crisp white. Tight, sharp, cold, and yet with this ethereal glow. It was like she had her own atmosphere. She was an atmosphere. I could feel her before I even looked up. As she sat she filled the room. Emanating and existing in all available space. She filled that dress like it was painted on. A mature body of brutally salacious feminine curves. She gave a sense of waking up in that body at a young age, discovering it's effects on others and accepting it as another tool in her kit. A youth she has carried along with her ever since and yet an ageless timelessness about her. In a way she gave a sense of being a caricature of a beautiful woman, at least to someone who was really watching her. She made me feel uneasy, so I sat back in my chair and watched her. "How can I help you?" I said in a flat tone and straight face.

"I am here because I saw that you are a problem solver", She did not break her smile and barely moved. "I need to find someone".

"I am a problem solver, and I think it is relatively easy to find people using the internet these days".

"Do I look like the type to go nancy drew on the internet?", I had to admit that she didn't. "The person I need found is clever enough to be more difficult to find than that, thus why I am here". I watched her cheshire cat smile. Those garish red lips floating in space. Her silhouette blending into the air around her.

"If that is the case then on the desk in front of you is an outline of how this service will be compensated", I got up from my desk and walked over to the table along the wall to make coffee. I couldn't stare at that smile any longer. "If you find those terms reasonable then I guess I can accept your request." Dumping the old grounds, folding and placing a new filter. grinding new beans. Dumping it all loudly into the filter. Filling the carafe with water. pouring it into the reservoir. My back to her, feeling, listening. I know she isn't reading the paper she took. I can feel her eyes on me. I turn around and as I expected she is pretending to read it.

"This is all fine, your costs will be covered as long as I get the results I require." She sets the paper back down on the desk. I sit back down, watching her sit with her legs crossed. Watching me as I sit with her ever present smile. I pull out a voice recorder and set a fresh page on my notebook.

"Well then, explain the situation to me so that I can get started on your search."

"He is an employee of mine. He was working on some projects that are very important to me." She opened her purse and took out her phone. "He left me some messages and then disappeared." She took one of my business cards while I wrote in my notebook. My phone exploded with texts and emails. "That should be all the information you need to get started."

"That was quite a lot surprisingly swift", looking at my phone and scanning what I received.

"I know what I am doing", Her voice lilting.

"Apparently you do, now I will get to doing what I know how to do", Standing up from my chair and moving from behind my desk in an effort to get her to be inclined to get up and leave. "I will update you when I have something to update you with."

"Wait a second", she said keeping her eyes locked onto me the whole time. "Don't you need my name?"

"Yes, I probably should have that on file", I reach for a fresh sheet of paper from a notepad. Handing it and a pen to her.

"Do you have a surface for me to support the paper, or should I just write on my thigh?" I knew even without the look she gave me and tone in her voice she meant it as seductive persuasion. I handed her a bible, which amused me. She took it and wrote her name twice, as if she knew why I gave her the paper rather than asking for it. First she printed it clean and clear, then she signed her name with an elegant flourish. "Thank you". she handed it all back to me.

"You are welcome", taking them from her. "Now please go on about your business and allow me to see what I can come up with for you". I set the objects on my desk, then offer my hand to help her up.

"Well, it seems you are a gentlemen", taking my hand and standing up.

"I am to a lady", stepping back to give her room to rise. She adjusted her dress and began to move to the door.

"Thank you for granting me the consideration, despite my imposing in your space", Turning her back to me and walking away.

"You are a client, so my space is your space." I follow her to keep ushering her out. "No harm done, but please in the future please make an appointment so I can make sure I am available."

"Yes sir", she said as she left, closing the outer door behind her.

"What the hell was that?" My secretary aggravated and insulted."You should have let me hit her."

"Yes, I know", I said rubbing her shoulder. "That whole thing was bizarre, but after she pays you can do whatever you want to her."

"That was my plan already", I look down and see that she had been making violent doodles on her desk. "Shouldn't you go see which way she is going out the window or follow her, or something?"

"Yes, you are right", I ran back to my window to see which way she went. I looked out and saw her on the street. I grabbed my phone, jacket and bag, then ran to the back stairs. Putting my jacket on and throwing my bag over my shoulder.
