I spent most of today in quite extraordinary pain. I am always in pain. I have always been in pain. today was unusually great. It felt like every layer of tissue was aching and throbbing. my skin, my muscles, my bones, my tendons. Everything felt inflamed. my muscles felt so weak. I just fought through it. It all just burned and hurt. my muscles barely wanted to work. In addition to that my eyes and head hurt so much. it is the fact that is was 2 degrees when I woke up, 12 degrees during the day. I was wearing insulation that sometimes over heated me making me sweat. often in short periods. My nervous system has quirks that few people know about.
