Mad love to my newest homies: dictionary_girl and Doghouse_Reilly. Both are exceptionally radical comic geeks and I think I am in love with one of them. Can you guess who? I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
And it comes down to the wire. The job I wanted so bad, the job smuffy tried to help me get is never going to be mine. Ever. I did get a handy resume out of it, though.
But, I'm running out of money, fast. I have, at most, 400 dollars left. And my mom is getting married in TWO days. I want to go to it so bad, to surprise her and make her day (which I imagine I will)...but it'll cut my funds IN HALF. I'm sure I'd get some money/stuff from her...and I love to see my friends back home...but still.
I think maybe I should give up sometimes. I think maybe I should move home, as embarassing and humiliating and pathetic that would be. Maybe I'm not cut out for living in NYC. Maybe I'm just a fuckerin' loser. My life has gone down hill steadily and heavily in the past six months, there's no denying it. And I'm just fed up with all of it.
