"Lo let the night be solitary, let no joyful cry be heard in it. Let them curse it who curse the day who are ready to awake the Leviathan"

Book of Job 3:8

August 6th, 1945: United States drops Atomic Bomb on Japan, beginning the end of the Second World War, thrusting America into role as world superpower and beginning a terrifying step into the future.

October 24th, 2005: Mankind humbled by formation of devastating new basketball team, drafted from the 2005-2006 NBA Roster. Team poised to dominate savagely and to the brink of death. With no force on Earth prepared to face such an opponent, world power's concede defeat.

Playing point, the MVP for the past five years and the cutest man in sports, Allen Iverson. Teammates include Michael "Eric The" Redd and Vlad Rad.

There's Grant Hill, the Ken Griffey Jr. of sports and Mr. Consistant, Elton Brand. Chris Kaman, man-monster from the wilds of Michigan's unknown. Theo "Neato" Ratliff, backed up by Antonio McDyessssszzzah!

All lead by the most accomplished player from the 2003 NBA draft, Darko Milicic. You get these boys together and, quite frankly, you shouldn't even bother lacing up.

They must come together like never before and face terrible foes in the coming months. Team Leviathon plays on sheer guts. Bloody, sheer guts and three pointers. Some of these men weren't as desired as others. Some of these men were steals in the third round. All of these men produce staggering numbers that no scientist could begin to comprehend. That is why I chose them. To win a championship not by the skin of our teeth but by great and bloody strides over the faces of our opponents. Never has a draft swung in favor of one franchise so drastically as to call into question the sad formality of playing the season. I'm sorry to say it, but the end of sports is now and I won.
