Women's rights, equity and equality is my top priority in life and in every election.

I make no apologies for that.
Would this country and this world be better off if everyone cared more about BIPOC and migrant lives and needs, absolutely! Should that be our absolute priority as a nation, yes, no doubt, but it isn't and it never has been.
This nation, its wealthy white women, as well as its disenfranchised women of color, do not consider our migrants first. No one really does and that is awful, migrants made this country, they founded it, made it strong, drove its ingenuity and economy and they continue to do so regardless of the slurs and awful GOP propaganda that continues to be hurled at them.
The United States of America as we all knew it and know it is a migrant nation with a migrant economy. Yet our shitty, two party system refuses to acknowledge that reality. instead I'm stuck watching the same awful dance that I've been watching since I was in grade school, there are white men who want women to have less, less freedom, less choice, less chance, less of everything, and then there are the feckless career money grubbers on the other isle that we all continue to vote for in spite of our best interested and better instincts.
I'm going to be voting the lesser of two evils again this cycle and I'm going to do so knowing that I condemn thousands to die because our nation doesn't give a shit about them, because those thousands aren't "our problem" or because they "don't live here." I'm going to vote for a fucking cop and hate it every second because that's what I get. I can vote for the cop or the brain dead moron who will offer us all up on a platter to any dark conservatory for any price so long as it means he wins.
I'll vote for a fucking cop because it might, just might, mean women in this country can go back to having the basic and obvious rights they already had less than a fucking decade ago.
This political race really is that simple to me. I can vote for Harris and the hope of the same shitty norm that very fucking little for anyone or I can not vote and help welcome hell, the subjugation of all women in this nation, the burgeoning theocracy that will erase every woman I know and love from the landscape of my nation.
Not only no, but fuck no.
