Planned Parenthood does them for donations. Unlike women in the US who are still effectively treated like fucking chattel, you don't need to get an okay from a husband, prove that you've had X number of kids, or argue yourself blind before you are "allowed" to get sterilized. Unlike a woman going under the knife for a tubal ligation, a significant surgery, your vasectomy is a quick, outpatient procedure. Cut, snip, cauterize, close. Cold pack on your junk for a few hours, don't pull dick for a few days, and done. Also, it is entirely reversible if you should decide you want children.
You won't become less of a man, and no, your urge or interest for sex doesn't diminish, not at all.
Go get a vasectomy, don't wind up having your sexual habits turn you into an indentured servant to the state for eighteen long years because you were lazy or got convinced you were too broke for "the snip." Do it for yourself.
