One of the most important articles I've seen in the last several months read "White liberals are tearing America apart." At the risk of playing the race card, its probably true. Most of the people I know who are minorities are trying to feed their kids and live their fucking lives, they're going to vote sure, but they're not staying up nights and howling about how we need to erect guillotines at both ends of Pennsylvania avenue or how good the rich are going to taste now that our steak knives have been sharpened and we've ordered truffle sauce for the coming banquet.
That shit is mostly coming from people who look like me, and even though I grew up very differently from most of the people who look like me, even though I was raised very differently, the sentiment of that article is very true.
