I'm missing a filaments/foamers/freaks union/mingers gig tonight since my conspiring mother has managed to keep me at home for a night longer than i wanted to, rather than letting me go back up to uni for some street punk action. 
Went to see, and met, a hero of mine on Tuesday evening - Mr Bill Bailey.
He was on doing his genius comedic/musical fusion for two hours, and i honestly could've quite happily sat there for another two, he was consistently fucking hilarious. Such a clever guy too. I'd advise anyone with two brain cells and a funny bone to go and see him while he's doing his 6 week stint at the apollo, in shaftesbury avenue.
feeling quite braindead at the moment from all this domesticity and over-eating courtesy of so-called "Reading Week" and my mother, so i'll leave it there.
