Evenin'.

Seeing this is my first entry, a part of me would like to think of something earth-shatteringly witty and/or memorable so that my journal would be of interest to the casual reader. But the fact of the matter is that it is now 12:22 am and seeing as how I've sworn off caffeine a month ago, I'm currently a Big Pussy when it comes to the midnight hour. My eyelids are heavier than a sumo wrestler's thighs.

So, on with the random rundown:

-Ordered 2 DVDs on Amazon, Repo Man and Touchez Pas au Grisbi. I finally got my copy of Hal Hartley's Amateur in the mail yesterday, so I'll have a lot of filmmage to pass the time in the next couple of weeks. And considering the fact that I've recently come down with a wicked nasty ass cold, some filmmage isn't a bad thing.

-Halfway through Stephen King's "Cell". So far: hot damn, a new King novel that doesn't suck! Here's hoping he doesn't botch up the last half of the book as badly as he did to the last Dark Tower book.

-Aside from that... a very, very uneventful couple of days.
