Ahhhhhh! My mom bought me a used car today, It was something I was specifically told not to expect from my parents. I guess my mom feels soory for me now that I'm almost on my own and cut off and decided it was the one thing I needed to be launched into my adult life. I can't say I can complain, but I do feel bad when my parents buy me things since they both put themselves through college and lawschool with no help from their parents. Back to the car, its an adorable black '98 vw beetle tdi, which means it has a diesel engine. I plan on running it on bio-diesel and washing my hands of the bloody oil industry.

I'm graduating in four weeks with a degree in English Literature, really lucrative, I know Anyway, I'm not really planning on using my degree more than just to go back and do graduate work in general later on.

I had a really great job interview yesterday. It was with a really cute little cafe/bakery in Boulder called Simple Grains, and they're interested in me for their lead baker position. The only drawback is that the hours are five to six days a week from 3am to 11am. I think once my body adjusted, it would be fine, but boy would that be a wierd schedule! Well I'm keeping my fingers crossed, anyway, because they pay way better than my last job and would give me health benefits and profit sharing. Also, I would get to share tips with the front of the house, which is pretty unusual. Here's hoping!!!
