In the past 12 or so hours it feels as if I have gone having nothing to having everything.
Tonight was excellent
First of all, I got stabbed. Thats right, my face is now home to a brand new piece of metal. I will probably post pics later, but for now just know that I have a vertical labret piercing, to go along with my septum. My mom, dad, and dads girlfriend Michelle all pitched in money, and Cat joined my dad and Michelle in taking me this evening as an early birthday present. It was awesome. I love the adrenaline, and there is nothing like a piercing to change your life. Seriously. Plus, Stokey is a god. He is the best piercer ever. Thanks Cat, for stabs and subsequent slurpees
Then, I got to hang out with at Amys house, and play stupid games and sing songs and listen to Amys awesome guitar-ness. It was good times.
At this point, I am getting along with everyone, and my phone beeps. Its a text from Emily, which ends up with me and Amy and Trav going over to her apartment to hang out. Much drinking and commotion, playing by the pool and slight amounts of non-related drama.
Then to get tacos.
Del Taco is the new cool hangout for partying all night long, if you didnt know. The patio has music and tables, and the summer nights have just the perfect weather for being outside. Everyone seemed to have a good time. It was awesome.
I also cut my hair, and now I have bangs and a short flippy hairstyle. Like before,just with bangs, and shorter, and flippier...
These are all small things, but added together, they have helped me change my outlook on life and the people I surround myself with. My friends. I am so thankful to all of you for making this an awesome night, I love you all.

YAY!! about time things looked up and sounds like a great time you had.....my big thrill was changing my alias, whoopeee! might try to pierce my ear again, i wasn't feeling it way back when and never progressed past the stud stage...but i'm feeling more punk now so......yes, pics are in order for both you and me...soon, once i get over the digital phobias.....congrats on a successful summer solstice day, good way to start the season!
