As I roll into my early 40s? I just want to not leave the world worse than it is right now. Do what I can for the things that matter. To push for gun restrictions in this country, to push for educational rights in this country, to push for gender, racial, and sexual equality in this country. To push back against all the hatred and violence I see around me. And if I fail? Then at least I go out of this world knowing I tried something. As was said, "It's been a helluva party, ain't it?"
