Looks like some pretty bad weather is heading this way. Not sure what prediction to believe. One has it going to the south of me, another has it going to the north of me and still another has it going right through the town I live in. We have been dodging them for years and guess it might be our turn this time. But damn, a near catigory 5 hurricane. If it is at 5 when it makes land fall, it will probably still be atleast a 3 when it gets here. But I'm staying in my house. I feel very safe here. It is a very solid concrete block home.
My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in it's path.

Edit - Friday 9/3
Now all forcast show the damn thing heading right toward Gainesville. Might be hauling ass with my family and any friends that I can carry with me.
