Well, I did it again. I worked like a maniac and have succeeded in totally burning myself out. My brain has been completely useless all day and I figure it will no doubt remain that way until 7PM when I can finally escape these semi-corporate handcuffs.
I had to go to court this morning. It was not as bad as I had imagined it being, thank god. I can really work myself up when dealing with things of a legal nature. But, my god. The LA County Municipal Courthouse is the most dastardly, hopeless feeling building in this entire city. Everyone has a dull pallor about them and building reeks of feces, body odor and mildewing paper. Nightmarish. I hate going there.
A bit tangential, but I've had the inclination lately to get a little boozy and make-out with strangers. It's so very underrated.
