Ahh, a nice quiet weekend. I feel kinda bad because I completely ignored everyones' phonecalls...but it was for the sake of my sanity. I feel much more clear-headed now. I haven't had time to just reflect and relax for a looong time. T'was nice.
So I tried to start a group, and after I filled out the form to start one, it said it was accepted, but when I tried to go to my group it said one already existed. So they gave me a link to the one that already exists, and it was the one I just created?? I wrote them a little letter asking what was up, and I got 2 responses: one that the group already exists, and then one the next day that said it needs to basically be validated the sg head honcho's before it goes up, and then a "good luck!" at the end. Wtf? HmMmMm....
I'm wearing 2 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, and I'm about to put on another pair of socks. It's flippin cold at my house.
I broke a string on my violin Saturday night.
I haven't played in months, and I tuned it too fast and broke the G-string, which is my favorite one. It's the lowest on a violin. And I can't find my replacement strings! So I tried playing a sad song to reflect my remorse, but it's kind of hard to play a sad song w/out the lower notes. Poo. It shall be fixed.
I'm going to put some of my artwork on here once I figure out how to use our scanner. Nothing fancy, I just do a lot of sketches. I wish I knew how to paint or use pastels, but I'm just not into color. I am looking forward to getting back into school and taking some art classes again, though. I need to leeaarrn!!!
Oh, and I don't think I'm going to get that job at the hotel. So I'm going to go to some hiring agencies tomorrow. Weeeee.
Wow, this is a boring entry. I will now attempt to make it more interesting w/ some of my favorite lyrics from Ani. This in particular comes from the album Evolve, song title Slide, track number 4. OMG I'm dull today.
