Got my stitches out today. It hurt a little...but my ear is officially normal. Kinda sad.
My dad is doing really well. He came home this afternoon from being in the hospital for 6 days. He was in a lot of pain the first day, but besides being crabby, hungry and tired, he felt fine. Shit hit the fan on Sunday when he, my brother and I got into a fight....he was being an asshole cuz we waited until 3 to go see him in the hospital, although he was well aware that my bro had some stuff he wanted to take care of AND he told us to just stop by whenever we could....so I got really mad and instead of fighting w/ him I left. He was being a real dick about it...even going so far as to say he never wanted to talk to my bro again, which as far as I'm concerned might be a good thing, but all is well now. It doesn't even seem like he had surgery a few days ago.
So far, everyone has told that they are pro-choice as well. I expected so, because everyone on this site seems pretty liberal. I'd still like to hear some opposing viewpoints, though.
Nate is a fucking sweetheart. I won't even begin to go into how or why, because I would just gush uncontrollably. Let's just say he's a beautiful person and I'm incredibly lucky and leave it at that. Although his cat pisses me off sometimes....
