Where are the good 'hoods in Denver?
I hear that Capital Hill is cool but not the greatest to live in. I want to live in the city but in a nice spot so let me know if you have any idea at all

-- The Baker Neighborhood. (Nice, older neighborhood near funky shops, downtown.)
--Lower-Capitol Hill/South Broadway. (Again, cool, funky neighborhood. Primary drawbacks: noise problems due to high concentration of bars; drunken homeless people.)
--The Highlands Neighborhood. (Cool shops; a bit more upscale than the Baker and Capital Hill areas.)
Capital Hill is nice, but you want to be several blocks away from Colfax.
