Been busy for awhile, feeling run down. Went to the doctors found out my blood pressure was through the roof, and had high blood sugar. So now am on lots of meds and must start hitting the gym for real. Lifes fun.

Going to the game today Sounders FC vs Portland Timbers, gonna be a "freindly match." Yeah right. I'm going to jail who's with me? C'mon everybodys doing it.

Need to stop watching late night television. Saw the infomercial again for the stripper weight loss series. For only a doller more you can get the flirty girl exercise pole for your living room.
