I usually wake up at 6pm. Make some coffe and start dealing with my cats and their needs.
Pause for one cup of coffe
Then I do some stretching and yoga (very simple, by myself with youtube’s help)
Another cup of coffe
Eat my vegan breakfast: coffee, some vegan milk (homemade, probably nuts) , bread and fruits.
More coffee 😂

You know by now that I must get myself another cup of coffe
Once i’m done I rush to the gym and get back home near 11h to get lunch ready.

Wake at 5am, feed Nora the cat, shower, dress (takes a long time for a slut trying to look respectable at work at a hospital system), say goodbye to Nora, drive to work by 6:30am. Drink coffee and do makeup.
