i love deal or no deal. i'm the type of person that would take the deal once it hit $100,000. I know you could possibly win a million, but shit $100K!! Still a shitload of money... maybe i'd go a little higher, but not much. i'd be too scared of losing it all.
me and bo were gonna watch Date Movie tonight (we've been meaning to see it) ... but he still hasn't gotten home yet and it's like 8:30. I'm working 5:00am-1:30pm tomorrow in another area of our shop (the manual labor part instead of the office/computer part). I REALLY need the overtime money. It's gonna suck cause all we're doing is putting sheets of paper in the front of binders. ugh. it takes FOREVER cause we have like hundreds and hundreds to do.
damn, i made an offer on that trailer this morning. the realtor scoffed and said "he won't even look at that offer". bitch. oh, i'm sorry, i wasn't aware it was the realtor's responsibility to approve or decline offers WITHOUT consulting with the seller.
i think i'm going to just call the other realtor i was working with. i damn sure don't want that bitch getting any profit from a deal i make with the seller. i'd much rather the other lady get it, the one who DROVE me around looking for places cause she knows how bad I am with directions. i emailed her first, but it's been like a week and she still hasn't gotten back with me! i don't know if she's out of town or what?!
