I have realised that I am very fortunate. I love my job. After much consideration, I've decided to stay. I was called for two interviews thus far...I beat out 89 people at one of them being the top candidate..which is very lovely to find out, but I know that I am needed here more.

And in keeping with my new found enthusiasm...another reason why I love my job is what I'm having the little kiddies do next. They have to choose a song, a passage from a book, a poem, or a monolgue from a play or movie and illustrate it in any manner that they choose.....and for inspiration...tomorrow I am showing music videos and a couple of movie snippits.

The list is going to look something like this:

I'm very excited...and what a great day to look forward to

Also...I am leaving for New York City tomorrow night....my sister is graduating from Columbia's graduate school...my parents got there today...but I can only take one day off from work....I also found out that she won the top award from her department for her thesis and 500 bucks with it! ... I'm so proud of her.....

And...I can't wait to get to NYC... nothing but art, shopping, and family....perfect
