This is such a delicate topic for me too, I’ve had some pretty shit times regarding female friends in the past and it really has affected me when it comes to trusting females. My best friend is my only remaining girl friend from growing up, the rest turned out to be two faced snakes 🙈 she leads a busy life and I don’t get to see her often, but when I do it’s like we’re back at school. We click because we have the same sense of humour and morals but honestly she’s so different to me. I like that in a friend, someone who likes different things to you. I think it makes the friendship more interesting and diverse. She shows an interest in my world and I do with hers. Ultimately through everything she’s still there for me after 20 years and that speaks for itsself. I’m useless at making new friends though, I’ve met so many amazing ladies through SG but they are often quite far away or our schedules don’t match up. It’s tough meeting new people as an adult I think, I’ve always said i wish there was an app like Tinder but for finding loyal friendships 😂❤️
