A quick update!
I've been in Las Vegas since Tuesday visiting with Michael and looking for a job. Excellent news, I had a job interview at a company that designs and fabricates casino signs and it went extremely well. The interviewer said I'm the best applicant he's seen out of 160 others. Talk about a huge ego boost. I'm meeting with him for lunch this weekend to talk about other job prospects outside of his company and to find more details about the job. He had a meeting with everyone at the company and from what he tells me, things are working in my favor so far. I'm really hoping I get this job!
Oh yeah, for those of you who don't know, I'm planning on moving to Vegas. I've been looking to move out west for a long time now...it's not California but it's a step in the right direction.
It's bedtime for me now though. The time change has made my sleeping schedule a little wonky.
