It's been awhile, hasn't it?
I saw two movies in the last few weeks, Grind House and Blades of Glory, with my friend Alex and with Steve, respectively. I will refrain from saying anything about either so I don't spoil anything, but both are worth watching at least once.
Last Saturday we threw a party at our apartment, which Steve attended...I'm slowly working my way back into the drinking scene again, at the party I had a total of two wine coolers. They were tasty, but didn't really do much to me. But that's okay. Wow, it's been 2 months and a week since I've been drunk. Crazy.
Although that may change this weekend...Saturday is Steve's birthday and we're going to a Hibachi steak house followed by Dave & Busters with a bunch of his/my friends. Hopefully they'll have some pleasant tasting girly drinks that have minimal alcohol content.
In other news, tomorrow will be my last day working at the cage at AiPH. Sad, I know. While I won't miss grouchy patrons, lifting heavy equipment and making minimum wage, I am going to miss the social aspects of it. Both my managers are incredible people and hilarious to work with, and my co-workers were a blast, too. But hey, three of them are living with me now so I guess I've brought the cage home to me anyway
Why is April almost over with, yet I'm still wearing my winter coat outside? This weather is SHIT.
Oh yeah, it's going to be my birthday soon too for anyone who hasn't noticed. Yay!
