I went against my better nature and replaced what would have been a weekend filled with animation drudgery with a weekend saturated with SG goodness.

On Friday I shot a new set with Steve Prue and brought the boyfriend to tag along. I got to meet Mayhem, Lovely and former SG Josie at the studio...Josie did my makeup and what a fantastic job it was.

The following day, Fire and I rocked the Philadelphia Tattoo Convention for all of half an hour (I don't have money for any tattoos!) and I got to meet Fractal at the SG booth. She is wicked cool in person, I might add. I also met Morgan very briefly...I didn't know she had Gir tattooed on her arm. That is so fucking awesome.

That night Fire and a couple of her friends came over to the apartment and drank a bit while watching videos on the Wii that Steve recently bought. By the way punk, you left your rum on my counter.

And now it's back to hating life again. Le sigh.

Thanks to everyone who offered to in-between my 2D animation project...obviously I can't really let anyone do that but it's the thought that counts, and it's keeping me strong through the hours upon hours of drawing frames.

Now then...off to bed with me.
