"The following takes place between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on the day of the California Presidential Primary "

Oh yes. I have now watched the first series of 24. All in one sitting. Mission accomplished.

Top five things about watching Series One of 24;

(1) Kiefer Sutherland
Hasn't he aged well? Mmmmm. He's always had that cute almost psychotic thing about him, Flatliners being a prime example of this, but I think maybe he's got more attractive as he's gotten older.

I was sat pondering this in-between discs and I started thinking about the practicalities of doing the no pants dance with Kiefer Sutherland. I came to realise that it'd be quite difficult beacuse the name just doesn't work;
"Ooooh stick it in my ass Kiefer"
"Come on Kiefer give it to me harder"
"Who's your daddy now Kiefer"
See ... just doesn't sound right does it? Disappointing to say the least. I'd have to just call him bitch. Fine.

(2) Senator Palmers wife needs a good slap
I don't think I've ever sat and watched a TV programme and been sat rooting for a spot of domestic violence before. I was actually gutted when he didn't hit her and just smashed a vase instead. Someone should have punted her off the balcony, stupid loud mouthed crazy small titted bitch of political doom. She just made me sooooooo mad. Silly cow.

(3) Jack Bauer isn't as clever as you think
Did anyone else spot the dozens of inconsistencies throughout the series? If I managed it how come super (sexy) agent Jack Bauer missed them? Too busy running round shooting guns and looking all good and shit I suppose. That and he failed to stop his family from being kidnapped 2739273.96 times in the space of one day. How clever are you now huh?

(4) 24 is the ultimate programme despite the above
It contains a lot of exciting elements. People jumping from planes, lots of guns, car chases, gadgets, people talking into their lapels, secret government agencies, terrorists, hot Kiefer Sutherland looking all rugged shooting two guns at the same time and being all tough, spies, corrupt politics, and of course the ultimate ... Dennis Hopper. You gotta fucking love Hopper. I had to stop myself from applauding when he appeared on the TV.

(5) Sad endings kick ass
They piss on the chips of the people that believe that because it's TV or a film it'll have a happy ending. Mwaha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaa. At the end of the day you know Jack Bauer won't die because there are a further four series, but are mildly concerned anyway, in an Alan Partridge "oh no he's gonna die ... James Bond is gonna die" kind of way. But still ... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha to the ending. Fuck you glass is half full kinda people. Bah.

I now feel the urge to go get season 2 and spend yet another day watching it all in one go. I do unfortunately need to do some real life stuff like paying bills and washing and all that shit. No fair.

No doubt I will end up sitting and watching 'Britains favourite comedian' on five later. If they put Peter Kaye at the top I swear I'll go on a kill crazy rampage. Fucking halfwit nonces that vote for these things are a bunch of wank shafting idiots IE my neighbours.

IIRC in season 4 they go to war with the Klingons. Worf joins the crew and they get a experimental ship called the Defiant to play with. If you start there you won't be disappointed... wink

You claim Donalds give you the heebeegeebees, but at the same time maintain a massive Donald picture archive. C'mon now, come out of the Donald closet...

mmmm,Donald Rumsfeld, come on in, the waters lovely. Note that Skeletor has already had a go, so sloppy seconds only I'm afraid.
