good week so far i think my assesments are going good, and i managed to finish my choreography today and get the dancers to were they need to be for the show on monday!
intensive yoga today was so hard and made my body tremble but i love it so much and its working!!!!!! gotta keep i up! i have much more strength in my arms and i can now get my head on the floor in box splits!!!!!!
now i just gotta work on flattening out my back! i still have to tense my legs a lil to make sure my knees dont roll in but that will keep getting better! we only started last week and im in box splits already!
we a had thunder storm today! i love them! so atmospheric and wonderful.....i did have to walk to and from class in the hail and thunder however...not cool!
i LOVE my metal and hardcore right now!
on friday its rock night at the student bar and i cant wait! havent had a good mosh in a while! expect more drunk pictures haha theres always lots!
