i dunno how to do my make up anymore, any make up artists or fellow blondes out there that can give me some advice!

i wear porcelain or ivory foundation and i have hazeley, orangy eyes, i ALWAYS wear lipstick...noramlly red??

anyone wanna tell me wwhat to do with my eyes???
