try uploading it here to sg... that makes it so much easier.
after its uploaded
1.hit ctrl and N at the same time, go to your pics and open the pic
2. right click, go to properties
3. highlight the one that looks like a link
4. copy it using right click after it's highlighted
5. close that screen and the second SG page that came up
6. in your journal click IMAGE paste the link into the little box that pops up
7. click OK
8. keep typing if you want, then submit
that should make your pic appear in your journal
