I was just asked to be interviewed for some guy's masters thesis on cutting. He says that cutting is a bad thing and people that do cutting need help. I am going to try and change his mind a little and tell him that cutting may be bad in certain instances, but it can also be beautiful if done right. I will let you know how it goes.

I mean scarification. Decorative scarring. He sees it as a "pathology" and therefore people that do it need "help". I was able to point out that sometimes it is art.
