I'm living a Brian de Palma nightmare these days.
For years I've had a girl in my dreams as a reccurent character. She's a girl I've been mad about in highschool, with whom nothing ever happened but shy smiles and talking, a vain love letter and a day spent together after my celibacy had ended and had kinda forgotten about this girl who sent me a couple of postcards during the summer after graduation to which I never answered.
If such things happen to you, ACT ! Go see this girl or boy you loved and just do it. It's been 12 fucking years this girl crawls in my dreams, always more beautiful one time than the previous, and most of the time in a dream that haunts me for the whole day. Damn.
Lost all tracks of this girl, but google helping, regularly look for some. It was only last week that I fell over a precise track leading to some kind of hype New York gallery. Her name was there anyway, along with some photos of an opening. Was it this this girl ? This is when de Palma enters. The only photos she's on show her back with the tip of her nose and eyelashes pointing behind her hair. On the other she's mainly off frame, only showing a shoulder, hair and the begining of a cheek...
Nothing will let you know if she's the girl or not.
Tonight I had the most haunting dream again...
