So I have been gone for a whole week and man I have missed you guys bunches and bunches. We are moved in the new house. There is still one or two loads at the old house to move and a trip to the dump. Its hard because its just me and brian moving. One truck and a 3rd shift worker trying to fit all of this in between the rain and with the kids as well. I swear they need a rent a friend service. One were they can help you move/unpack/ or even just support because with no internet for a week I have felt totally alone with no support. Did I mention that I have no phone till today as well. My cell doesn't come in here at the new house.*cry*
Best news is remember that concert I won tickets for but my phone cut out. Well my mom's friend's husband won them and decided they weren't going and at the last minute last Sunday they gave them too me... I was sooo happy. I ended up taking Brian's niece who lives next door to us now. She is 17. It was fun. I was a little sad because we got there late and missed the Dresden dolls and the goxxips. But I got to see Rufus Wainwright *swoon* Margret Cho, Rosie O'Donnel, Debby Harry who didn't even sing one song I knew, Erasure, and of course the fabulous Cindy Lauper. Here is a video from that show at the end when everyone came out. The true colors tour was amazing. She played a video with this song for matthew shepard and others victims of hate crimes I swear I almost lost it I wish I could find the video.
The concert was for the HRC human rights campain.. Probably the most lesbians and Gays I have ever seen in one place. You should go to their site and see if there is a way you can help. www.hrc.org or www.matthewshepard.org LOVE conquers HATE
I signed a paper to get the senators to support the matthew shepard act and also too extras I really hope everyone will help. I know this concert is making a huge difference.
In other news I took tons of pictures of the new house yippy skippy.
Next week I leave on Thursday for MA I can't wait to see my family and also meet a lot of you.
