Not much going on really. Thursday I went to court with my mom for my abusive step father who she finally had put in jail. It was rough his lawyer was really hard core with my mom about times and what exactly happened. I mean she hit her head on the stone wall and fell to the ground when it happened who the hell is gonna time that shit. She also took pictures of her face and the kick spot in her back but failed to report the kick to the police. Whatever. Anyways he has a restraining order for 2 years not contact of any kind. But he has violated this before when he was out a month ago he would call 16 times a day go to the same bars as my mom and get in her face. Welll now he can be bailed out for 1000 thats all. Its rediculous. I am so feed up with the way people get away with shit. He still has to go to Grand jury such but I mean if he gets bailed out whos to say he won;t just go after my mom. Its fucking stupid. I may even have to testify at one of the many trial dates. Which me and my anxiety are not looking forward to.

On another note. Brian is up at the land today helping our electrician get things on the ball so we can hopefully move in mid april but you never know. AHHHHHH I just wanna be in my new house damn it. gggrrrrrrrrr\
