so I need to vent and I need advice. For anyone who doesn't really know me all that well. I am married. I have been separeted from my husband for 2 and a half years. He is remarried. (illegal) yes I know. He claims they just had a ceremony and nothing more. But she goes by his last name etc. I have found pics of the wedding and it looks pretty real to me. anywho. he claims last year he missed the court date to finalize it. Then takes months at a time to tell me what is going on. SO a few months ago he sent me more papers to refile. He is in MI and I am in VA. But I am still married STILL AHHH. I just can't explain how I feel ,MAD because I wanna move on with my life. Pissed everytime I have to sign his name to my money. ARG. Why me. He gets to move on with his life and everyday I have to have this weight on me. I want to be divorced. I mean I want a child one day and oh man what if I got pregnant and was still married to him BLAH ahhh anywho I finally did it. I wrote his "pretend wife" here it is


My name is Tiffany Nettles. I am not sure if Josh has told you about me but I am his wife. I see and know that you two are married. I hope you know that me an him are still married and that he is committing bigamy which is illegal. He sent me papers to sign a few months ago again. I would appreciate it if he would follow through this time with the divorce and court dates. I hate to write you but he never answers me. I too would like to move on with my life as well. Josh is not a bad guy but a huge procrastinator and damn I mean we have been separated for 2 and a half years. and married for 3 1/2 years. I just want this all to end peaceful but he makes it difficult when he doesn't write me back or keep me posted. I just want a divorce simple and easy I don;t want to have to get a lawyer and drag this out. I am sure you and your children don't need a big mess and neither does my bf and his kids. Its like a slap in the face signing his name (Nettles) to everything of mine. I am not sure why I am writting you but really just so you can push him to follow thru this time and i hope you already knew he was still married. I'm sure we'll all be better off once this is all done and over with. Please feel free to email me letting me know how we can work this all out and get past this point in our lives.
