Update on my situations
The roommate thing has turned into the biggest mess I could have ever imagined. After his response to my lease I talked it over with my parents and they told me I should tell him to leave. So they came down today and I proceeded to do so. He is Bi polar and has many mood swings and I don;t feel safe in my own house. Not to mention he has been living there for 2 1/2 months and not paid a dime.
Well the government has fucked the innocent yet again. Even though he isn't paying rent, and I let him stay there as a friend. The "LAW" is that I have to give him 30 days to get out and legally serve him an eviction notice. This is BULLSHIt.... And get this, if I was to sell my house i can't till his 30 days are up. FUCK The fucking Law. I pay taxes and bills to get fucked for helping someone out. Never again will I do this. And until he actually touches me or threatens my life the police will not get involved. So yelling and screaming in my face is fine right. So if anything was to happen to me i like to thank the police for not doing a damn thing.
Brian on the other hand can not move in till Billy is out. For the sake of the boys which I understand. Me i have moved into Brians and will be here till the 30 days is up. for I fear to live in my own house that I OWN and pay bills. Fucking shit.
I will NEVER help anyone again.
the one thing I seem to be able to do is control the bills. I am cancelling the electric and cable interent. So the fucker can freeze for all I care. no hot showers nothing. I also took most everything of value out of the house.
i am soooo pissed my head is pounding I am gonna end this rant here to save what sanity I can for the night.
